Usually 5th vibhakti pratyaya is deseyinda – which means because of so example for third would be
I came from Bengaluru – naanu bengaloorininda bande
I got into trouble because of him – avana deseyinda nanage kashta aayithu / avaninda nanage kashta aayitu. So we are dropping dese and just saying inda hence both 3rd and fifth look similar.
